By booking or receiving any service from Mark’s Mobile Detailing (“we,” “us,” “our”), you (“customer,” “client,” “you”) agree to the following legally binding terms and conditions.
Cancellations
• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment incur no fee.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours, including no-shows, require payment of 50% of the scheduled service cost.
Company Right to Cancel
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any appointment at our discretion due to staffing limitations, traffic delays, weather conditions, equipment failure, or other operational issues. If such a cancellation occurs, the customer will be notified as soon as reasonably possible.
Arrival Window
We reserve the right to arrive up to one (1) hour later than the scheduled appointment time. If a delay is expected, we will notify the customer by phone call or text message.
Vehicle Access Requirements
The customer must provide full access to all areas of the vehicle required to perform the agreed-upon services. This may include, but is not limited to:
• Interior and exterior detailing
• Paint correction
• Coating and dressing applications
• Access to compartments
• Disconnecting and reconnecting the vehicle’s battery to prevent battery discharge during service
If full access is not provided, the quality or completeness of the service may be affected.
Service Concerns
Any concerns or issues with the completed service must be reported within 24 hours of payment.
Reports must include:
• A description of the issue
• Photo or video evidence

Concerns submitted after the 24-hour window may not be eligible for review or remedy.
Pre-Existing Damage & Liability
Before services begin, any significant pre-existing damage will be documented and recorded.
Our liability for any damage caused during service is strictly limited to the total amount paid for the specific service(s) performed.
We do not accept responsibility for:
• Environmental damages
• Indirect or incidental damages
• Special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of use
• Deterioration caused by age, wear, or prior neglect
Pricing, Additional Charges & Payment
The total base cost of the service is determined at the time of booking.
Any add-ons, upcharges for excessive condition, or extended service time will be discussed with the customer beforehand and must be approved.
Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service(s).
We reserve the right to withhold the return of keys until full payment is made.
Personal Property
Prior to the appointment, the customer must remove all personal belongings from the vehicle.
• We may decline to move personal items.
• Any areas obstructed by remaining items may not be cleaned.
• Dangerous or hazardous items or substances must be disclosed prior to service; failure to do so may result in cancellation or additional fees.
We are not responsible for loss of or damage to any personal property left inside the vehicle.
Photos & Marketing Use
We reserve the right to take photos and/or videos of the vehicle before, during, and after the service.
We may use any such media—whether taken by us or provided by the customer—for marketing, advertising, or promotional use, unless the purchaser submits a written opt-out request before the appointment begins.
Age & Ownership Requirements
Anyone booking a service must:
• Be 18 years of age or older, and
• Be the legal owner of the vehicle or have the explicit permission of the legal owner to authorize service.
Service Variations and Website Content
All prices, service descriptions, and package contents are subject to change at the discretion of Mark’s Mobile Detailing.
Updates will always be posted promptly on marksmobiledetailing.net.
Condition of Vehicle & Damage During Cleaning
The vehicle must be in a condition suitable for standard cleaning and detailing procedures.
We do not accept responsibility for:
• Structural failures
• Material degradation
• Loose components
• Electronic issues
• Leaks
• Pre-existing wear, oxidation, or brittleness
that become apparent or worsen during normal cleaning.
Any damage claim related to a cleaning procedure is strictly limited to the cost of the service provided.
Reporting Service Issues or Damage
If the technician fails to complete a requested service, or if the customer believes damage occurred during the detail, the customer must contact us within 24 hours via:

Photo or video evidence must be submitted with the claim.
Claims submitted after the 24-hour period may not be eligible for compensation or re-service.
Acceptance of Terms
By using Mark’s Mobile Detailing’s website, booking any service, or receiving any service from us, the customer acknowledges and agrees to be bound by:

• All policies listed on our website
• All applicable state and federal laws
• All copyright protections for content on the website and our materials
